We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for university researchers to transform data into impactful policy through the IMNR’25 Advanced Research Grant. This initiative, organized by Kajian Dasar IKRAM Sdn. Bhd. (KADRI) and Agenda Nasional  IKRAM, invites you to leverage findings from the Malaysia Negara Rahmah Index 2025 to develop strategic advocacy and policy recommendations.

Theme

Grant at a Glance

• Funding Available: Up to RM 7,000 per project.
• Project Duration: A fast-tracked 12-week implementation period.
• Application Deadline: Jun 25, 2026, by 11:59 PM.

Research Dimensions

Applicants must select one of the following key pillars for their study:

• Political & Governance: Focuses on integrity, institutional justice, and leadership.
• Social: Covers unity, education, family stability, and social well-being.
• Economic: Addresses economic justice, cost of living, and social protection.

Key Deliverables

Successful researchers will be expected to produce high-level outputs, including:

1. A comprehensive Research Report (minimum 40 pages);
2. A concise Policy Brief (4-6 pages);
3. A Presentation Deck and
4. Policy Matrix.
