We are pleased to announce that the Call for Presentations for Forum 2023 is now open. This year, the ASEAN IVO Forum 2023 is scheduled to be held in Vientiane, Laos on November 15, 2023. It will provide every researcher in the ASEAN region and Japan the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss R&D topics and coordinate projects. Please refer to the website below or the attached file.

Deadline for abstract submission: September 30, 2023
Notification of acceptance: October 20, 2023
Uploading presentation materials: October 27 – November 3, 2023
Program open: November 10, 2023

 

Travel and Accommodation
Round-trip discount economy class flight ticket and hotel accommodation will be provided by NICT for selected speakers in the ASEAN region, if desired. Please select and check the box for support on the submission page, if you would like to receive support.

*Please note that Speakers from non-ASEAN countries (including Japan) are not supported.
