APPLICATION VIA REBS SYSTEM (STAFF)

  1. Login using IIUM Credential (CAS)
  2. Click Apply
  3. Click IIUM Research Ethics Committee
  4. Click Add Application
  5. Complete the form and upload all the required document

Individual application via REBS system (Post-graduate Student/Undergraduate Student/Non-IIUM personnel)

  1. Click Sign Up link
  2. Fill your desired account name, password and email.
  3. Verify account using the link sent to your email. You will not be able to sign-in before your account is verified.
  4. Sign-in via the External User field using the username and password you have created.
  5. Click Apply
  6. Click IIUM Research Ethics Committee
  7. Click Add Application
  8. Complete the form and upload all the required documents

DOCUMENT TO BE UPLOADED

  1. Principal Investigator’s CV
  2. Research Proposal/Protocol
  3. Proof that the research proposal has been evaluated at Department or Kulliyyah Level. This document may be in letter format, approved evaluation form or any type of documents. (e.g. Viva evaluation, Grant evaluation, or other supporting document)
  4. Other supporting documents (Animal Handling Certificate) OR CV of personnel who will handle the animal procedure (must have experience in handling animal procedure)
